If you have selected either "direct to door delivery" or the "free delivery" option, the delivery service is not inclusive of delivery to floors above ground level that are reached by staircase. If not explicitly stated in the 'remarks' section that the delivery location does not have an elevator, or if the elevator cannot reach the floor of the delivery location, the delivery person may request for additional service fees ($20 - $50 for each box/bag per floor) or request that the customer perform pickup downstairs instead.
If the delivery location requires the delivery person to park before entering and/or requires a cargo pass, please notify us beforehand during the booking stage.
If you have selected "Pickup downstairs", the delivery person is not allowed to enter any building for delivery (no matter if it is on the ground floor). The delivery location will be in an area that can be reached by the delivery truck. The delivery person is responsible for, and must call the customer when near the delivery location.
Within 5 minutes of arrival, if the delivery person has called the customer multiple times with no answer, the delivery person has the right to:
(1) Leave the delivery items with the management of the building or place them in the reception area of the building (if available)
(2) Charge the customer a fee of $20 per every 5 minutes* of waiting
(3) Return the food to the supplier, and the platform may request the customer to pay a delivery fee and/or the platform may cancel the order
*How the 5 minute mark is calculated: For example
If the confirmed delivery time is 15:00 - 15:30, the first 5 minutes following arrival will be marked at 15:35, and so on
If the confirmed delivery time is 15:30, and the tentative buffer time is 15 minutes, then the 5 minute mark will begin after the first 15 minutes ended, i.e. from 15:50 onwards
If there are suspected/confirmed COVID-19 cases at your address, or delivery location is a hospital, the delivery person will hand over delivery items to you downstairs . You will be notified via our phone call before delivery.
After successful payment, you will receive a notification and confirmation via email and whatsapp text message
Important Notice for Bookings:
Before proceeding to purchase, please check the order and delivery details and correct any possible errors.
Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
If you would like to modify the order (food selection, delivery time, etc.) Please send a message to our customer services team at least 96 hours before the delivery date. An administrative fee will be charged.
The order will be confirmed once the payment is settled. The food is served on a first-come first-served basis.
If you have any special requests regarding dietary requirements, allergies, or other arrangements, please notify us beforehand by filling in the ‘Remarks’ section of your booking.
Due to the large scope of the ingredients and varied menus, please contact us directly for any assistance or if you have any questions regarding the ingredients and mealset components.
Since preparation time is required, once the booking has been confirmed and sent to the caterer, it cannot be canceled or modified. Payments will not be refunded in this case.
